Here at Blackwell Properties, we want to make the process of letting your property as simple and easy as possible.
We will advertise your property on all of the major portals making sure your property gets the right type of exposure. Prospective tenants will then be narrowed down to suitable selections.

Viewings will then commence which will be organised and conducted by ourselves. This will be used as an opportunity to meet the prospective tenants and determine that they meet your criteria. Once the application has been received by a suitable party, the vigorous vetting process is conducted. This includes conducting a credit check, obtaining previous landlord and employment references, completing necessary right-to-rent checks, confirming a full-time working guarantor and other significant affordability tests.

After ensuring that the prospective tenant is a perfect fit for your property, we will create and complete a tailored Tenancy Agreement. A copy will be provided to yourself along with the tenants details.

Whether it is 3AM or 3PM, your tenants first port of call is Blackwell Properties. Both parties will be assigned a personal property manager who will ensure that any issues are dealt with swiftly and promptly.

You will be provided with free maintenance quotes only bringing experts in to conduct work that you have authorised. We guarantee to meet the required high levels of care and attention.

Blackwell Properties will provide you with all the services from the ‘Tenant Find Only’ package as well as deposit protection via the Deposit Protection Service, full photographic Inventory, bi-monthly inspections, rent collection service, prepare and serve any legal notices required, act as first point of call for tenants, provide monthly and annual invoices, assign personal Property Manager, offer services 24/7 and keep you updated throughout the tenancy.

Costing just a £150 one-off set-up fee and 10% monthly management fee, both yourself and the tenant will be kept happy without the trouble of a tenant-landlord relationship taking up your time.
